Chuparosa offers hummingbird petals deep with nectar sweet
Agave stretch, Barrel Cactus swell as they rehearse for summer’s heat
His gentle breeze comes waltzing with each tender, infant flower
He plays the Checker Fiddleneck from dawn ‘til twilight hour
Be still, oh mind and open wide to hear her sacred song
