Meeting Gurdonark in Dallas...

spinningmerkaba and I met Gurdonark in Dallas, Texas yesterday at the National Biodiesel Conference. Gurdonark is only the third Mixter I've met in person (besides fourstones and spinningmerkaba).  I was reminded again how unique ccMixter really is, and it was a verfication of the connection between musicians that collaborate. 

Meeting Bob face to face felt like seeing an old friend and was the extra special bonus to an already amazing morning.  We had a blast hanging out in the Green Room! spinningmerkaba, Gurondark and I were all interviewed by Chuck Zimmerman about the R4 Project at ccMixter and the Brown Album curated especially for the NBB conference.

I was disappointed we forgot to get a picture of the three of us Mixters together.  Bob did take this amazing picture of us - with no photoshop! I saw it right there on his digital camera. Also, he wrote a uniquely descriptive account of our meeting at the ccMixter Blog.
