Kara Square Joins ArtisTech with "Start Each Day with Love" TuneTrack Single Release!

Hello!

I'm Kara Square.  I'm a nerdy singer-songwriter who has fallen in love with writing love songs on the ukulele.  I'm also half of the electro folk pop TuneTrack duo Team Smile and Nod.  I'm thrilled to join ArtisTech as a solo artist!

ArtisTech found out about me (and Team Smile and Nod) through my other solo project, Mind Map That.  As Mind Map That, I write ANYTHING that pops into my mind.  It's a project where I share all of the weird, silly songs that don't make sense for Team Smile and Nod.  I make videos for most of these songs and post everything on my blog.  All of my song stems for Mind Map That and Kara Square are available on ccMixter.  There have been some incredible remixes by this amazing international community!  Please check out my bio for more info.

I believe love is boundless and universal.  “Love Songs For Everyone But Especially Uke” is an album that explores this idea.  It will be comprised entirely of ukulele love songs.  This first single release, "Start Each Day with Love," is a perfect example of what to expect from the album.  The cover art for the single was designed by one of my multi-talented ccMixter friends, Joel Frijters from SoundAdvantage.

By joining my TuneTrack site, you’ll have access to early demos and the stories behind the music.  You’ll get to download “Love Songs For Everyone But Especially Uke” as soon as it’s released.  I’m also working on a collection of the humorous songs I created as Mind Map That.  It will also be available for you to download upon release.  Joining my Green Room is an excellent way to support me as I continue working on these albums.
