San Diego Earth Fair 2009 - Heal the Gyre Parade

On April 20, 2009, Heal the Gyre was featured as the largest exhibit at Earth Fair, the largest Earth Day celebration in the United States. Thousands of people signed the No Plastic Pledge by vowing to stop using plastic water bottles and plastic bags when shopping in retail and grocery outlets.  See the parade pictures by Bob Davis HERE.
