Soul Wants to Grow was born out of an extremely painful, difficult time of loss and change. It felt like I was drowning in the weight of shock and sorrow. A dear friend, Fayina, lovingly and gently suggested I release and let go. Moments after her profound words rung true within me, this song was born.
