ccMixter's Earth Day Gift is Orange Album-Harmony Reloaded
I'm so honored to be part of ccMixter's Earth Day musical contribution Orange Album-Harmony Reloaded. Curating and mastering this album with k_loco and DJ Quenique was a growing experience....and I gained a deeper appreciation for ccMixter artists morgantj, Alex Beroza, Vidian, Mana Junkie, DJ Quenique, Anchor Mejans, Leza2unes, Periel Stanfiled, Pitx, Neurowaxx, & Brad Stanfield in the process.
Orange Album is a musical message of sustainability and harmony.....and is the second release from the R4 Project (Reduce, Reuse, Remix, Recycle).
As you listen, explore the art, lyrics and stems for each song by clicking 'credits' (next to song title in track listing). The journey from stem to song is an amazingly creative process!
Jason and I were in Dallas at the National Biodiesel Conference for the release of Brown Album-Fuel for the Future, a collection of pop/blues/country songs and a creative call for sustainable biodiesel. ATM is also mastering 'Green Album-Lifescapes', a sonic journey through ambient songs and soundscapes, for upcoming release. You can listen to all of the remixes, pellas and stems submitted to the R4 Project at ccMixter.org.
The Brown, Orange and Green TuneTrack-LPs are available for streaming and download freely via various Creative Commons licenses.
