FAQ - A FEW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING AN ARTIST CLUB?
Answer: When you support an artist by joining one of their clubs, you get a completely inside experience. Becoming a Green, Blue or Purple Member gives you access to things like Digital-LPs, CD-quality downloads, private blogs and other unique things you can't get anywhere else.
Q. DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Answer: NO. Although we currently use PayPal to process secure payments on TuneTrack.net, you can use any major credit card and need not create a PayPal account unless you want to. You can certainly use your PayPal account if you want.
Q. WHERE DO I GET MY DIGITAL-LP, DOWNLOADS, ARTBOOKS, AND EXTRAS?
Answer: Fist, make sure you're logged in. Go to the 'Releases' tab and click Listen to launch the Digital-LP or click the Download or album title bar to get your CD-Quality (FLAC) and other downloads. When you download, a zip file will be saved to your computer, in your default downloads location. (Desktop, My Documents or Downloads are the most common spots). Double click the file to unzip/unarchive the songs. Drag them to your media player for listening.
Q. HOW DO I ADD MY NEWLY ACQUIRED ALBUM TO ITUNES?
Answer: You can highlight the songs, once you've unzipped/unarchived, and drag them to your iTunes Music Library. You can also add them by selecting File>>Add to Library>>and select the songs/album. Album art, lyrics and other information will automatically be detected by iTunes.
Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Answer: You will receive an email (at the email address you used in the payment section of the process) with your username and temporary password.
- COPY this temporary password by highlighting it with your mouse, and then clicking 'Control C' (to copy).
- SELECT your username in the upper right corner of TuneTrack.
- CLICK Account Settings and then select 'Change Password.'
- PASTE the temporary password received in your email, by hitting 'Control V' In the Old Password field.
- CREATE your new password by entering it in both fields required.
