Q. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING AN ARTIST CLUB?
Answer: When you support an artist by joining one of their clubs, you get a completely inside experience. Becoming a Green, Blue or Purple Member gives you access to things like Digital-LPs, CD-quality downloads, private blogs and other unique things you can't get anywhere else.
Q. DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Answer: NO. Although we currently use PayPal to process secure payments on TuneTrack.net, you can use any major credit card and need not create a PayPal account unless you want to. You can certainly use your PayPal account if you want.
Q. WHERE DO I GET MY DIGITAL-LP, DOWNLOADS, ARTBOOKS, AND EXTRAS?
Answer: Fist, make sure you're logged in. Go to the 'Releases' tab and click Listen to launch the Digital-LP or click the Download or album title bar to get your CD-Quality (FLAC) and other downloads. When you download, a zip file will be saved to your computer, in your default downloads location. (Desktop, My Documents or Downloads are the most common spots). Double click the file to unzip/unarchive the songs. Drag them to your media player for listening.
Q. HOW DO I ADD MY NEWLY ACQUIRED ALBUM TO ITUNES?
Answer: You can highlight the songs, once you've unzipped/unarchived, and drag them to your iTunes Music Library. You can also add them by selecting File>>Add to Library>>and select the songs/album. Album art, lyrics and other information will automatically be detected by iTunes.
Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Answer: You will receive an email (at the email address you used in the payment section of the process) with your username and temporary password.
COPY this temporary password by highlighting it with your mouse, and then clicking 'Control C' (to copy).
SELECT your username in the upper right corner of TuneTrack.
CLICK Account Settings and then select 'Change Password.'
PASTE the temporary password received in your email, by hitting 'Control V' In the Old Password field.
CREATE your new password by entering it in both fields required.
Once your password is successfully changed, go to Releases to listen and download or explore blog posts to find private blogposts with mixes, videos, etc.
